Keeping the Global Overview
Integration is the key to a perfect overview form the SOC / Control Room. This is the hub for all security services, as well as for others. It receives calls from Info Points all over the medical campus, takes the calls from the various visitor and staff car parks, as well as from all access points. In case of an incident, the SOC / Control Room starts the Emergency Operation Plan (EOP), perfectly supported by the Commend Intercom Solution deployed.

Acoustic Surveillance
Reliable and easy acoustic observation of patient rooms, either by acoustic room monitoring, proactive listening or cyclic audio scanning, it allows staff to monitor several rooms. The rooms to be monitored can be selected conveniently on the Control Desk terminal. If staff are present in monitored rooms, this is indicated at the Control Desk terminal. Monitoring can easily be deactivated temporarily by entering a code at the room's terminal (e. g., while doctors or relatives are in the room).
