Reception Areas and Welcome Desks
Intercom Devices for Front Desks support the workflows in daily operations. Incoming calls are answered and the neccessary actions taken and documented. Visualisation is on the large screen of the Intercom Control Desk or on a PC Monitor. When the front desk is unattended, calls are forwarded. This can be to a Mobile Device running an Intercom App as well as a SOC / Control Room.
